A flasher confronted a jogger during her daily exercise in a Leicester park.

The culprit is alleged to have exposed his genitals to the woman in Spinney Hill Park, in the east of the city.

Leicestershire Police said the “unpleasant incident” took place on Saturday, March 13.

In an appeal for information issued today, the force said the woman was very upset by her ordeal.

Officers have issued a grainy image of a man they want to speak to about the incident.

The incident took place at around 1pm.

Pc Adam Ahmed, who is the investigating officer in the case, said: “This was an unpleasant incident which left a woman – who had been exercising in the park – upset by what had happened.

“We are releasing an image of a man who we believe may have information about the incident.

“If you recognise yourself from this image, think you know who this man may be or saw what happened we would like to hear from you.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101, or get in touch with officers using the force website.
