Two boys aged 16 and 17 from Leicester were among nine people arrested on suspicion of growing cannabis at a city house.
Three other teenagers from Leicester, two aged 19 and one aged 18, were also detained after the raid on a property in Cleveleys Avenue in Braunstone Town, on Saturday.
Police seized 100 cannabis plants and several mobile phones in the drugs bust which was carried out after the landlord raised the alarm.
Two men from Leicester, aged 28 and 42, were also arrested.
A 23-year-old of no fixed address and a 21-year-old woman from Nottingham were also detained on the drugs charge.
A Leicestershire Police spokesman said: “At around 12.10am on Saturday 20 March, officers attended a property in Cleveleys Avenue, Leicester, after a report was received from the property owner that they suspected cannabis was being grown there.
“Nine people were arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and all were released under investigation.
“Approximately 100 cannabis plants and several mobile phones were recovered. Enquires are ongoing.”
