A much-loved Cheltenham restaurant and cocktail bar is now taking bookings for its grand reopening.
Fans of Turtle Bay, based on Pittville Street, can secure a table at the venue’s limited outdoor seating for when the spot welcomes customers back on April 12.
Renowned for its Caribbean soul food and tropical cocktails, this eatery has been missed throughout lockdown.
The venue’s famous Bottomless Brunch will be served every day, and its Happy Happy 2-for-1 cocktails and mocktails will also be making a comeback.
Turtle Bay is now also home to one of the biggest vegan collections on the high street, with incredible plant-based treats in abundance from breakfast to mains, desserts and snacks.
A spokesperson said: “Turtle Bay fans can look forward to a tropical take on that long-awaited catch up with friends, and this time around, guests can also opt for a more casual experience and just enjoy a few drinks from the restaurant’s famous rum cocktail menu (all 2’4’1 during the brand’s much missed Happy Hour).
“Turtle Bay’s all-day food menu boasts a wide selection of Caribbean soul food and grazing options from their island-inspired breakfast dishes to the Jerk Pit BBQ; comforting curries to clean-eating inspired Buddha Bowls; plus an excellent range of burgers, beach salads and sides.”
Happy Hours will take place Sunday to Thursday between 10am to 7pm and 9.30pm to close, and Friday to Saturday between 10am to 7pm and 10pm to close.
Cocktail highlights include the Reggae Rum Punch (Ve, Wray & Nephew, strawberry, grenadine, lime, pineapple & bitters), Koko Kolada (Ve, Koko Kanu, dark rum, pineapple juice & coconut milk), and the Side Chick Martini (White rum, passion fruit, vanilla, orange juice & prosecco shot), which is also great with vodka.
