Seafood products are being recalled by a number of leading supermarkets in an alert over salmonella.
The Food Standards Agency says several chilled and frozen seafood items should be returned to the shop where you bought them because of possible contamination with salmonella, one of the types of bacteria linked to food poisoning.
Symptoms caused by salmonella usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.
The FSA said: “If you have bought any of the above products do not eat them. Instead, return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund.”
Retailers including Asda, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Co-op are recalling the specific products listed below. Be sure to check your fridges and freezers for any of these.

A further warning covers unregulated meat products sold on various Facebook pages.
The FSA said: “Meat products (predominantly lamb, goat, veal, beef), of all meat species, supplied by an unregistered and unapproved Wiltshire based vendor have not been produced in accordance with food safety and hygiene legislative requirements.
“These products are not compliant with food hygiene, safety, labelling and traceability requirements and are deemed unsafe. They should not be consumed.
“We have asked enforcement authorities to contact premises in their local areas who may receive the affected products to ensure that they are withdrawn from the market and recalled from consumers.”
