A hunt is underway for relatives of a man who died at a care home, and who had no contact for a next of kin.
Blaby District Council wants to find anyone to whom David George Herbert is related, or who knew him, ‘to make them aware of his passing’.
Mr Herbert was born in Hinckley in 1944.
He was the son of Horace Herbert, and his mother’s maiden name was Stirley.
The council has asked anyone with information to send a message to the Blaby District Facebook page, or to get in touch with it directly.
