Chantecaille has launched at Harvey Nichols, available exclusively at the luxury store in Birmingham.

The brand founded in 1998 by Sylvie Chantecaille focuses on clean and cruelty-free skincare and cosmetics, the products are free of mineral oil, petrolatum, palm oil, synthetic colour, synthetic fragrance, and GMOS, and are 71-100% natural. Chantecaille products have never been tested on animals.

Sylvie shares her passion with daughter Olivia, the brand’s creative director, husband Olivier, functioning as CFO, daughter Alexandra, Vice President of Sales, and son Philippe, Director of Media Production. Together, the Chantecaille family brings a dedication to enhancing wellness and a consuming passion for quality, purity and form.

Also integral to the brand’s mission is a deep commitment to philanthropy and conservation, which has become the company’s platform for activism and change. The recent launch of a Rose Geranium and Basil Hand Sanitiser, £12 has allowed for Chantecaille to team up with Magic Breakfast to provide over 5,000 healthy and nutritious breakfasts to children in the UK at risk of hunger, giving them the fuel they need to learn.

“Hand sanitiser is now a major part of our lives. What sets ours apart is that it’s incredibly anti-bacterial, non-drying to the hands, and also beautifully scented. We wanted to make this product soon after the onset of Covid19 and began perfecting the formula for a moisturising, soothing hand sanitiser. We knew it would become a daily essential and a product that we could use to give back to those who have been affected by this virus. We are thrilled to finally launch it for our customers in the United Kingdom and donate to Magic Breakfast, too.”   —Sylvie Chantecaille

Chantecaille’s first-ever botanical hand sanitiser is infused with the uplifting fragrance of Rose Geranium and Basil essential oils and 70% alcohol to effectively cleanse and purify. The CDC recommends the use of alcohol-based hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not readily available.  At 70%, this hand sanitiser exceeds the minimum CDC requirements.

This fresh, unisex herbal scent is completely natural and delightful—an aromatherapy spa moment for your hands.
