The doors of the new virtual store are open 24/7 and ready to welcome shoppers. Launching this winter, customers will be able to access all the latest fashion trends, beauty drops and Foodmarket favourites via the new digital service.
The Virtual Concierge will deliver a personal shopping experience direct to customer’s devices across the nation. Easy to use, customers visiting the website simply need to select their local store and either call or email the dedicated Harvey Nichols team who’ll take care of all their festive shopping needs.
