WESTFIELDS came from two goals down to qualify in the FA Vase following a pulsating penalty shootout win at Lutterworth Town.
Lutterworth knocked Fields out of both the FA Vase and FA Cup last season.
The Leicestershire side stole a march scoring from the penalty spot after seven minutes before doubling their advantage before half-time.
However, Westfields responded with Richard Greaves firing home from the penalty spot five minutes into the second half.
Phil Glover’s side were level a minute later with Umar Bassit firing home.
On the 62nd minute Greaves fired Fields into a 3-2 lead only for Lutterworth to equalise with minutes left on the clock.
However, Fields would have the final say with goalkeeper Steve Sarkodie the hero making two penalty saves as as Fields won 5-4 in the penalty shootout.
