With England locked down again, the world may feel a bit bleak at the moment – even though we are in the run up to Christmas.
But according to one garden centre manager, many people seem to not realise that the garden centres are still open – as they are included in the list of businesses which are allowed to remain open during this lockdown.
Although the days are much shorter and nowhere near as warm as the first lockdown, a garden centre is an ideal place to visit if you’re looking for peace, relaxation and mindfulness.
Christmas is fast approaching us, too, and many garden centres have their usual seasonal plants and festive scenes on display.
Also, by visiting one of our local garden centres and making a purchase, you are making their Christmas after what has been a rough year for many.
