Next customers have been taken in by some “super comfy” loungewear that people are rushing out to buy.
The retailer is one of the many stores hoping to make up the loss of sales during the second lockdown by using its online store.
Next has just revealed that it won’t be doing a Black Friday sale which is a big blow for bargain hunter. It confirmed the news to the Mirror which many people will be upset about.
However, many customers have still been snapping up some of its loungewear in its online store, specifically a hoodie, trousers and slippers.
All three are currently available on the Next store with the hoodie on sale for £34, £34 for the trousers and £25 for the slippers.
Next posted its on its Instagram page to the joy of many of its customers. One person wrote: “Have purchased the sequin trousers and they are fantastic. So comfortable and yet so glamorous. love them. Xmas day at home. ideal !”
A second person wrote: “this stuff looks so comfy” while a third person wrote: “all of this in this pic please”
All three of the items will send you back a pretty penny but if you have got to have it, you’ve got to have it.
Next recently pre-tax loss of £16.5million due to lockdown. This compared to profits of £327.4million in the same period last year.
On an underlying basis, it saw profits crash 97% to £9 million, though it had initially expected to be loss-making.
