Well that’s your lot – Coventry City will be doing no further transfer business until January.
Yesterday’s domestic deadline has come and gone, and was, ultimately, a non event.
Sky Blues boss Mark Robins started the day by revealing that he wasn’t ruling out at least one of his players moving on, but categorically stated that he would not be adding to his eleven summer recruits by 5pm.
The only possible movement, he felt, could have been if fans’ favourite Max Biamou had found himself another club.

Robins admitted he is in no rush to off-load the striker who has helped City get back to the Championship, but revealed the club needed to balance the books by lightening the wage bill.
Here, Sky Blues reporter Andy Turner assesses City’s extended summer transfer window.
How would you sum up your club’s transfer window – and rate it out of 10?
Overall it looks to have been pretty positive and productive.
The big question mark was whether they could find a replacement for the hugely influential Liam Walsh in midfield, and that was answered with the arrival of the hugely impressive Dutch/Brazilian Gus Hamer who has shown all the signs (his Bournemouth red card aside) that he is going to be a big hit at this level.
The return of Callum O’Hare was also a big signing for the Sky Blues and the former Aston Villa forward has made a seamless step up to the level in his first few games.

Robins also landed prolific League One and Two striker Tyler Walker from Forest and, while he’s yet to get going at his new club, his goal ratio would suggest he will be a real asset once he’s fully up to speed and integrated into the side.
The likes of loan players Leo Ostigard and Ryan Giles have hit the ground running while two exciting additions – wing-back Julien Dacosta and winger Marcel Hilssner – are yet to show what they can do due to suffering pre-season injury setbacks.
It’s early days but so far so good and I’d give it a solid 7/10.
What has been the strangest thing about your club’s transfer window?
Probably the return of Sam McCallum on loan from Norwich City.
The wing-back was sold to the Canaries in January and loaned back for the remainder of the season.

But to come back a second time in the summer, returning on a season-long loan all seemed a bit left field, particularly given that Norwich and the Sky Blues are competing in the same division.
Which of the new signings do you think has the most potential?
Gustavo Hamer is destined for the top.
Although he blotted his copybook when he showed ill discipline by raising his hand to an opponent and getting himself sent off against Bournemouth, resulting in a costly three match ban, the 23-year-old deep lying playmaker has shown enough in his first handful of Championship games to suggest he’s more than capable of being a huge influence at this level, if not higher.
Who were your clubs biggest winners and losers during the transfer window?
One of the biggest losers has probably been Brandon Mason, whose City days appear to be numbered following the return of McCallum. That must have been a real kick in the teeth for the player who was hoping to challenge Giles for a starting spot.
He’s ended up moving to Scotland to join St Mirren on a season-long loan.
Gervane Kastaneer and Max Biamou also face an uncertain future. The club have been keen the balance the books and the pair were the ones ear-marked to help lighten the wage bill.
The fact that they remain begs the question as to how much they will be involved and whether they will get an opportunity to impress.
As for winners, development squad stars Josh Eccles and Declan Drysdale have landed cracking season-long loans at League One Gillingham where they have hit the ground running for Steve Evans’s men.

Both are playing games for the Gills who are currently flying in fourth place in what promises to be an invaluable experience for the pair in their development and push for first team football when they return to City next summer.
Elsewhere, early summer speculation may well have played into Michael Rose’s hands.
The outstanding centre-half was offered a new and improved deal, which he duly signed to give both him and the club security over the next three years.
Now this window has closed, what is your club’s transfer priority in January?
That’s a tough one because it all depends how the next couple of months go.
City have strength in depth in every department at this stage of proceedings but things can change quickly in football.
All eyes will be on City’s goal tally – crucial for survival at any level – but it remains to be seen if Mark Robins will need to look to strengthen in that department come the New Year.
Certainly, if money had been available, I think the manager would have tried to draft in a bit of young Premier League talent on loan to provide a bit of magic in the final third, either an attacking midfielder or striker.
But as we stand, it’s clearly a case of suck it and see.
