A new Toolstation store is coming to Gloucester with the new site to open in Tuffley.
The new store is set to open in Woodrow Way, just off Bristol Road, which is already home to several hardware stores, including Screwfix, Wickes, Jewson, and Topps Tiles.
The tools giant has starting advertising for staff at the store, with roles such as store assistant, store manager, and store supervisor on offer.
The store manager is the best paid of these roles at £24,250 per year, meanwhile store supervisors and store assistants will earn £9.41 an hour and £8.82 and hour respectively.
The advert for the store assistant reads: “You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy.
“This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. Of course, you’ll serve customers, but you’ll also be checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
“And it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you take real pride in what you do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.”
An opening date for the new store has yet to be revealed.
