Gloucester cage fighter Christian Duncan won his first professional mixed martial arts fight in Manchester beating his opponent just 12 seconds into the second round.
Christian, 25 from Podsmead, has been chomping at the bit to get into the professional cage since he was 19 years old.
But the dream came true at the weekend when he made his debut for Cage Warriors, in Manchester, where he took on established pro cage fighter Kyle McClurkin at the BEC arena.
Just seven seconds into the second round Duncan struck McClurkin with a elbow to the head and rained down punches that McClurkin was not getting back up from.
At 12 seconds into a potential five minute round, it was called, and the fight win handed to the Podsmead middleweight fighter.
He has truly made his mark and will not be a name that anyone will forget anytime soon in the world of MMA.
Former UFC champion and coach Mark Weir said: “In the second round he just walked over and rained down the punches and it was over in the second round.
“We are thinking to the future for Christian’s next steps.
“The first professional fight is under his belt.
“I feel that he needs to take it slow and steady. That is how we did it in the build up to the professional fights and he has gone in there well equipped to succeed.
“He is already at that level.
“People do want him to start fast tracking.
“It is more fulfilling to do the training camps and to go slowly and have a better reputation and career of success.”
