The roads and streets we walk and drive along are always changing – buildings going up, buildings coming down.
The pace of change may have paused for a bit during the pandemic, but we are still seeing our world transform before our eyes day by day.
Huge housing developments are taking place and major road projects are under way.
But not all change is massive and often it can just be a new shop or a new business that makes us stop when we first see it.
And then it just becomes part of the background to our lives and we forget what used to be there before.
So, as we cast our minds back over the past decade, we thought we’d take a walk back in time to see what has changed.
