Coventry City’s next three pre-season games will see them test themselves against opposition from the Premier League as well as two sides from League One.
Mark Robins side will take on Wolves on Tuesday with the Molineux side expected to field a youthful side for what is being dubbed a ‘practice match’ and not an official pre-season friendly.
That could see duo Owen Otasowie and Renat Dadashov, both linked with Sky Blues transfer moves this summer, line up against City.
Coventry will then head to Stadium:MK next Saturday to face an MK Dons side, managed by Russell Martin, who have recently acquired the services of Richard Keogh.
Before heading south to London Road a week later where Peterborough United will wait to face Robins’ side.
“It will be a decent week, next week,” said Robins. “Hopefully we can get a little bit closer to match-sharpness and we can work towards getting out fitness.”
