After his presidential rally, Kanye West has posted a string of angry tweets directed at his in laws – before revealing a launch date for his new album.
In the tweets posted Monday night ( July 20) Kanye said his mother-in-law Kris Jenner is banned from seeing his children after trying to ‘lock him up’ and that life with The Kardashians was like being in horror film Get Out – about a black man captured and tormented by a white family.
Later on, after deleting several of the tweets, he announced his new album Donda – named after his late mother – was being released this Friday.
The tweet announcing his new music appeared to confirm to many fans that his bid for the White House had been a publicity stunt. But no one was prepared for the father of four explaining at his first presidential rally, that he and his wife Kim Kardashian had considered aborting their first child North.
Speaking at North Charleston’s Exquis Event Center on Sunday, he acknowledged that Kim would not react well to him sharing such personal details in public, adding he would be “at peace” if Kim divorced him after his speech.
The couple have four children – North, seven; Saint, four; Chicago, two, and one-year-old Psalm.
There were more revelations to come from his social media. In a later deleted tweet Kanye said: “Everybody knows the movie Get Out is about me.. Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughter’s life yesterday.”
In another deleted tweet Kanye said: “Kriss don’t play with me you and that calmye are not allowed around my children. Ya’ll tried to lock me up, “reports The Mirror.
The Yeezy trainer tycoon also criticized the way his mother in law has managed Kim’s career – specifically encouraging her daughter to do Playboy back in 2007.
Kanye then shared a picture of their four children writing: “West children will never do playboy west.”
The 43-year-old added: “I put my life on my God that North’s mom would never photograph her doing playboy and that’s on God. I’m at the ranch… come and get me… Ima focus on the music now. “
He also shared a screenshot of a text to Kris that read: “This is Ye. You ready to talk now or are still avoiding my calls.” The screen shot was captioned “Kriss and Kim call me now.” Kanye ended the Twitter rant with news his new album Donda was being released on Friday.
Many fans have been worried about the state of Kanye’s mental wellbeing.
In response to a tweet asking him to “Save Kanye”, the rapper’s friend, technology tycoon Elon Musk tweeted: “We talked about an hour ago. He seems fine.”
