Aston Villa are hoping to finish the season strongly in a bid to avoid an immediate return to the Championship.

Dean Smith‘s  men gave their survival chances a shot in the arm when they beat Crystal Palace 2-0 on Sunday.

With three matches to go that puts them four points adrift but with West Ham United to play on the final day there remains hope that Villa can retain their Premier League status.

Everton are up next on Thursday evening and it is vital Smith’s side continue where they left off on Sunday if they are to escape the bottom three.

But how will it play out? Can Villa complete the great escape? Or will they be playing in the second tier next season?

We have put together a useful widget which will allow you to predict how the final table may look.

Start predicting below and don’t forget to share your final table on social media to see how it compares to other predictions.

Villa currently sit in 19th in the Premier League and are four points behind Watford, who occupy the final place above the drop zone.

Villa fans will also be keeping a close eye on the results of Bournemouth, Watford and West Ham in the coming weeks.

Speaking after Villa’s much-needed win at the weekend, Smith said: “I’ve said many times before that since the restart our performances haven’t got the results they’ve deserved.

“The analogy I used with the players today is today’s our first semi-final. We can’t control something elsewhere, just our performances.

“This was our first semi-final and we needed to get through to the second leg. Then we’ll go and look to get a win at Everton which is another tough game to play.

“Get that win and it puts some scoreboard pressure on others.”
