Defender Kane Wilson has become Forest Green Rovers’ fourth signing of the summer.
Wilson joins from Championship side West Bromwich Albion on a two-year contract after he was freed by the West Midlands club.
The 20-year old, who can operate as a wing-back on either side, has spent the majority of the past two seasons on loan, at Exeter City and Tranmere Rovers respectively.
On the move, Wilson said: “I’m really pleased to be joining Forest Green, my family are so proud. Now I just can’t wait to get going for the new season”.
Forest Green’s Director of Football Richard Hughes added: “We are really pleased to get this one done, we see Kane as a great asset to the football club and think he will be a good fit for us.
“He is the modern full back and can effect the play at both ends of the pitch.”
