Television presenter Adam Henson is giving away free stays at new luxury lodges at his Cotswold Farm Park to honour NHS, key worker and community stars of the coronavirus pandemic.
A weekend stay at the six lodges, based at the BBC Countryfile presenter’s farm near Guiting Power, will be given away to six people to thank them for going above and beyond the call of duty during the lockdown.
“Our country has seen so many acts of kindness, bravery and compassion during these difficult times,” said Adam, “and it’s created a wave of everyday heroes and heroines amongst us.”
“So, if you know someone, be it a family member, a friend or someone who has helped you out of a crisis and you want to offer them a special thank-you, we at the Cotswold Farm Park want to hear their story, whether they’ve remained strong through a difficult ordeal, gone out of their way to help others or simply been a beacon of joy and hope.”
Adam has recently overseen the addition of the lodges to the campsite, part of his rare breeds farm and farm park in the heart of the Cotswold countryside.
“The whole point of our Heroes Weekend is to give something back and offer a special heartfelt thank-you to those who really deserve it.
