And the Daily Telegraph is now reporting that the pair have indeed pledged their future to the Foxes for another year.
Both players were part of Leicester’s remarkable 2015-16 Premier League title-winning side.

They have not featured as regularly in recent times but remain influential figures at the King Power Stadium.
Morgan, 36, is club captain and has made more than 300 appearances since joining City from Nottingham Forest for £1million in 2012.
Fuchs, 34, has made 133 appearances for the Foxes, having signed from German club Schalke in 2015.
His family are based in the United States and it is said he was considering leaving the East Midlands this summer.
However, it seems the Austrian international may have been persuaded otherwise.
Morgan and Fuchs’ contracts are due to expire at the end of this month, with midfielder Papy Mendy, goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic and on-loan defender Ryan Bennett in the same boat.
With the season extended due to the coronavirus pandemic, clubs have the option of negotiating short-term deals to cover the remainder of the campaign.
