Two Birmingham brothers have been charged after a man was badly beaten.
Paul Gibbons, 42, and Mark Gibbons, 46, have been charged with grievous bodily harm and threats to kill.
The pair, both from Sutton Coldfield, were due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, June 16.
It came after an incident on Sunday, June 14 where a man was ‘badly beaten’.
A short statement from West Mercia Police read: “Two men have both been charged with grievous bodily harm and threats to kill.
“Paul Gibbons, aged 42 and from Sutton Coldfield, and brother Mark Gibbons, aged 46 and also from Sutton Coldfield, have been charged and remanded to Kidderminster Magistrate’s Court and will appear in court today, June 16.
“They were charged in relation to an incident that occurred in Stourport on Sunday, June 14 in which a man was badly beaten.”
