In the summer we all want to get that glowy look. It can be easily achieved with just a few products that you can incorporate into your daily routine. I have been trying out a few new products this month and I am so glad that I discovered them!
Skincare
First of all, if you want glowing skin then you need to make sure that you h ave a good skincare routine. I have been making sure that I cleanse, tone and moisturise every day. It is important to do this even if you are not wearing any makeup. At the beginning of lockdown I made the mistake of not cleansing well because I wasn’t wearing any makeup. This resulted in me getting congested, dry skin. I’ve had to make sure I’m being extra careful with my skincare now!
My skin is quite dry, so it needs a bit of extra love sometimes. When I am needing that extra boost, I have been loving the La Roche Posay Hydraphase Intense Masque. I can really feel it working as soon as I put it on, my face just drinks it up. I found that I could get two applications out of each packet as there’s so much moisturiser in there. Putting it on at night before I go to bed means that I wake up with soft, supple skin.

Makeup
I don’t wear a lot of makeup when my skin is in good condition. However, I do always love a good highlighter. Makeup Revolution have recently brought out their Glass collection and I knew that I had to have it straight away! Luckily, Notino have the whole collection online so I picked up a couple of bits.
First of all, we have the Makeup Revolution Glass Mirror Highlighter. It looks quite pink toned in the pan, but once it’s on the face it gives a lovely glow. If you build it up it does give a glass-like finish. You can just do a quick swipe if you want a more subtle look. I think it might be my new favourite highlighter!
To finish off my look, I always apply a setting spray. There’s a new one from Makeup Revolution in the Glass collection, so I’ve been using that recently. It’s really helped keep me glowy all day and it smells great! I will definitely be repurchasing this when I run out.
